Equine Assisted Coaching
Discover What Horses Can Teach You About YourselfSometimes the greatest breakthroughs don’t come from another conversation—
they come from an experience.
Equine Assisted Coaching offers a unique opportunity to slow down, become more aware of yourself, and gain fresh perspective through guided interactions with horses. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, growing as a leader, strengthening your
team, or simply feeling stuck, horses have a remarkable way of helping you notice what words alone often miss.
No riding. No horse experience is required—just a willingness to be curious and open to the experience.
What is equine assisted coaching?
Equine Assisted Coaching (EAC) is an experiential, hands-on coaching approach where horses become active partners in the learning process.
This isn’t therapy or horse training, and there’s nothing mystical about it. It’s a practical coaching experience grounded in observation, reflection, and guided interaction. Horses are highly attuned to their environment and naturally respond to our emotions, energy, and communication. Their honest, immediate feedback often reveals patterns we don’t recognize in ourselves, creating meaningful opportunities for insight and growth.
All activities take place on the ground, making the experience accessible regardless of your horse experience.

Why horses?
Horses have been part of my life since I received my first horse in second grade. They shaped my childhood, taught me responsibility, resilience, and presence, and continue to bring me joy, peace, and a deep sense of connection.
After stepping away for a season to raise my three boys, returning to horses with Chester and Putt-Putt reminded me just how much they still had to teach—not only me, but others as well. Combining my lifelong passion for horses with my calling as a coach felt like a natural next step.
Today, I bring together my experience as an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Equine Assisted Learning Practitioner, leadership coach, and lifelong horsewoman to create experiences that help people discover greater clarity, confidence, and lasting transformation. For those who desire it, I also enjoy thoughtfully integrating a Christ-centered perspective into the coaching experience.
Ready to experince it?
Whether you’re seeking personal growth, leadership development, career clarity, or a stronger, more connected team, Equine Assisted Coaching offers a unique opportunity to step away from the noise, experience something different, and discover what’s been there all along.
No horse experience is needed—just an openness to learn, grow, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
